This project redefines urban connectivity by integrating residential and commercial functions within a cohesive design. The development consists of two distinct buildings: one dedicated to apartments, featuring sleek metal facades and vertical openings that enhance natural light and ventilation, and another housing offices, restaurants, and shops, fostering a vibrant mixed-use environment. A key element of the design is the terrace on the first floor, seamlessly linking the two structures and creating a dynamic spatial flow both above and below it. This elevated platform not only serves as a gathering space but also enhances circulation, blending private and public realms into a unified architectural experience.
